unsafe equipmentdisorganized staff
I felt pretty annoyed by a few things. the gym had equipment that seemed unsafe. I noticed the freeweights were very limited. also, the breakfast omelette tasted good, but most of the other food seemed like it was leftover from the night before. Overall the quality felt poor, really! the staff seemed disorganized. it wasn't a very cute experience overall.

I experienced a personalized service here. The staff were attentive and helpful, focusing on customer service. The rooms were super clean, with very comfortable beds (i slept like a baby!). The food was delicious and well presented.

weak wifiexcessive prices
the wifi signal was weak. it made working remotely a real challenge. i also found the minibar prices to be excessive (seriously overpriced!). i expect better value, especially given the hotel's supposed standards. the selection was pretty standard, nothing justifies the cost, i had expected daily water refills, a simple gesture that went missing.
